Record Distribution

Most users will not use this option, since GlobeAdvisor automatically adds mutual fund distributions to your portfolio as they occur.

• To record a distribution, follow these steps. Entering distributions is easiest if you have your statements from your broker.

• Enter the distribution payment date and/or the per share amount of the distribution.
• Click Go. The Confirmation screen will be shown.
• If the details are correct, click Confirm this Distribution. If you need to make a change or correction, click your Web browser's Back button.

• To view and edit a distribution you have added, click View/Edit/Delete Transactions in the Funds menu.
