About View/Edit/Delete Transactions: The View/Edit/Delete Transactions page shows a list of all cash transfers you have added to GlobeAdvisor as well as all the transactions that GlobeAdvisor has generated (for example, credits and debits every time you buy and sell securities).

View transactions
To limit the report to the transactions for a particular investment, select the investment
of interest from the drop-down list beside Select and click Go.
For each transaction, GlobeAdvisor displays the following information:
Date
Date of the transaction.
Cash Amount
Dollar amount of cash involved in the transaction.
Action
The action associated with a transaction could be any of the following. The first two
actions (CASH_IN and CASH_OUT) are associated with cash transfers you have entered
manually, while the remaining actions relate to transactions that GlobeAdvisor has
generated automatically when tracking your cash balance.
CASH_IN - records that you transferred cash into your account
CASH_OUT - records that you transferred cash out of your account
FUND_BUY - a debit to your cash balance generated by GlobeAdvisor in response to a purchase of fund units
FUND_SELL - a credit to your cash balance generated by GlobeAdvisor in response to a sale of fund units
STOCK_BUY - a debit to your cash balance generated by GlobeAdvisor in response to a purchase of shares
STOCK_SELL - a credit to your cash balance generated by GlobeAdvisor in response to a sale of shares
STOCK_DIV - a credit to your cash balance as a result of payment of a stock dividend
FUND_FEE - a credit to your cash balance generated by GlobeAdvisor in response to a transaction that you entered to pay for a fee for a mutual fund, using outside cash
DIST_CASH - a distribution transaction that resulted in a cash payment to you (you indicated when adding the fund to your portfolio that distributions by this fund are not to be re-invested but should be paid to you in cash)
DIST_BUY - a distribution transaction that resulted in a purchase of additional units of the fund (you indicated when adding the fund to your portfolio that distributions by this fund are to be re-invested by purchasing additional units)
SPLIT - an adjustment by the mutual fund company of the number of units held in a fund, this may occur when one mutual fund merges with another
Total Cash Amount
After completion of the transaction, the balance of the cash balance
Edit transactions
To edit a cash transfer, follow the instructions below. Note: This page cannot be
used to edit buys or sells for stocks, funds or other investments. To edit transactions
for those investments, click View/Edit/Delete Transactions under the Stocks, Funds
or Other Investments heading on the Portfolio Menu page.
Delete transactions
Deleting a transaction should be something you do very infrequently. Once a transaction is
deleted, you cannot display or access it again. To delete transaction, follow these steps:
